We are the Ultra-Private Gymᵀᴹ that helps you sleep better, improves your blood pressure and gives you more energy so you can live life to the fullest and feel young again. We have highly-trained exercise physiologists who understand your limitations perfectly.
Our team of Clinical Exercise Physiologists ensures that your exercise program is just right for you - safe and effective. Our small session size makes sure that you are monitored and supported every time you exercise.
At LIVE WELL, we help you stay accountable for your exercise and healthy habits with an exercise session time reserved for you and the support of a health coach.
Everything is easier with friends. Our small group sessions create an environment where everyone knows your name. You are not alone here. We are community of like-minded individuals on the path to better health.
We’re an Exercise Clinic
Many of our members are referred by their physician – although we also welcome walk-ins! Our method for all members is to start low and slow. We monitor health vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, blood glucose) before, during and after exercise. We then keep your family doctor up-to-date on your progress.
