We are the Ultra-Private Gymᵀᴹ that helps you sleep better, improves your blood pressure and gives you more energy so you can live life to the fullest and feel young again.  We have highly-trained exercise physiologists who understand your limitations perfectly.

Expert Guidance

Our team of Clinical Exercise Physiologists ensures that your exercise program is just right for you - safe and effective.  Our small session size makes sure that you are monitored and supported every time you exercise.

Accountability

At LIVE WELL, we help you stay accountable for your exercise and healthy habits with an exercise session time reserved for you and the support of a health coach. 

Community

Everything is easier with friends. Our small cohorts create an environment where everyone knows your name.  You are not alone here. We are community of like-minded individuals on the path to better health.

Fitness for Canuck Place - July 15th/16th, 2022

Join participating LIVE WELL locations in BC as we sweat, smile and raise money for this great cause!



Canuck Place is BC and the Yukon’s pediatric palliative care provider, caring for over 800 children with life-threatening illnesses and the families who love them. Our expert clinical care team and volunteers provide everything from medical respite care and recreation therapy to end-of-life care and bereavement counselling. All at no cost to families thanks to individuals and businesses like you!

No need to register in advance, please just drop in. All sessions by DONATION.  If you cannot attend or would like to donate in advance of the event, donations can be made here: canuckplace.org/donate
